Used contact form on Mr. Sinise's website http://www.garysinisefoundation.org/ a few months back, received autographed photo in priority mail envelope today. Lieutenant Dan is the BEST!

Did you select:'inquiry for Gary Sinise' in the dropdown menu and then autograph request when sending it?
