I assume Mr. Brooks is no longer represented by Innovative Artists L.A. I love Star Trek and I'm trying to collect all the Captains autographs.

Here is a photo of the envelope. They whited-out the address before it was returned to me. This is the weirdest RTS I've ever seen and even my local postal worker agrees. I've never seen an address whited-out like this. Normally they just place a sticker on it...The whole situation is strange.

Verified.
I sent a LOR and pic to that addy on 1/28/15, and received it back today, RTS, in the same handwriting as the OP.
The addy was crossed out and white tape applied over it.
Will send to the newer NJ addy.
Luckily I write the stars' return address in pencil on my SASE for just such an occasion.
I recall sending a request to him back in the mid '90s to an addy in NJ, this might be the same.
