Sent him his 1969 Topps RC (already signed TTM by Boby Floyd and Larry Burchart) along with required $15 donation and SASE on 9/21/15. Rec'd it back today signed.

I sent him a card to sign and I sent him the $10 required at the time and he sent me the check and card back telling me to send $15 because the rate has gone up. If you go on eBay you can get a certified (for example certified by Tops) autograph card for under $15. Maybe if I knew his foundation maybe I would send again or had really important card but in this case I would go with the card that has already been certified.
