Re: Ray Romano 11 th comedy celebration
Hi
Peter Boyle lived across the street from me in NYC, on 82nd across the street, across from the Met Museum.
I loved to watch him between 4-5am walking to the Deli between 83rd and 84th on Madison Avenue.
The kicker was, Peter wore his pajamas, slippers, (presumably his outdoor pair) and bathrobe to walk to the Deli just two blocks away.
Even if it was snowing, Peter walked.
Everyone knew who he was, strolling along Madison in Pj’s, No one said a word.
Peter expressed himself well, without words, he was funny as hell and I envied his bravado in the world.
