Cool success. A couple months ago I randomly spotted General Sir Nicholas Carter leaving a hotel here in Ottawa, Canada. I knew it was clearly someone of importance based on the security, but it took me a bit to figure out exactly who I'd seen. I'm kicking myself for not getting an autograph then.

Thanks. Send a LOR, wouldn't hurt to try. I've written to the US Joint Chiefs and the rest of the British Defense Staff and I'm waiting for a reply from all of them. Had success a few years ago with some of the old US Joint Chiefs.
