From my point of view doesn't matter when he wrote. There could be pleanty reasons. Language barrier, new hobby or anything else. Growing autograph market changed everything. I started collecting autograps four year ago and mostly I am focused on actresses, actors, singes from time when I was teenager. They infueance on my life is something what I like. I handwrite all letters, I do some calligraphy on every envelope. It requires time so some people who I admire are still on my 'to do' list. A lot of them are out of reach, and this group is growing.
