I sent two pictures, a letter, and SASE to the address in the database on 7/23/2021. On 8/27/2021 I did not receive my pictures back but did get two pre-signed photos from the studio! I do not believe they are pre prints because the signatures are very slightly different between the two.

They’re definitely real. Pat spends most of his time in Maryland now and only lives part-time in LA during Wheel filming (they filmed just 35 days a year pre-COVID). I think they just sign a stack of these and send them out as the requests come in.
