I know this is a little delayed, but I received a response from Mr. Carpenter on 11/29.
In late May, I sent two pictures, a LOR, and a SASE. Got my two pictures (Poster from "The Fog" and book cover from "In the Mouth of Madness") signed. I am super happy for this success!
I used the Storm King address posted on this site.
