Hi I'm from England and I find IRC's very over priced so I usually put in dollars, it has worked with all of my successes so far, I usually put in about $3 and thats a bit extra so I would put in about $3 or $4
oke thank you somuch so i have to go to the bank first and change my money into dollars?
is there anything else i have to put in the envelope except my letter for him to recieve and reply?

yeah I usually go to the post office to change my money but I dont know how it works in holland (by the way I went there in the summer to a theme park for a week its a really nice country) when i send requests I usually put in my letter, an envelope with my address on, the photo I would like them to sign and the dollars for return postage
