So I need to write 2 letters, one to Nicholas (cos I want to) and one for the agency, the ''request letter''? that was my original question but now I'm confused again. sorry, I've never done this before

Well usually you write your address on the top right hand corner of a letter.. And I've not seen an actual reply but I'm sure if you wrote him a little questionaire asking a question or two he might give answers.
