I seriously doubt ANY Dolly Parton autograph is a secretarial or anything like that. I think it is more likely she had signed them at an earlier date rather than having another do it for her. Dolly is wonderful at reaching out to her fans, every single one of them. She is very well known for that. Congrats on your Dolly Parton success!!!

Not really. I've tried her 3 different times through the years and got a rejection letter each time. Finally just gave up.

Both Ms. Parton and Ms. Loretta Lynn are infamous for sending out rejection letters.

I am happy the OP at least got a PP.

For a real country legend that replies to all fan mail personally in terms of autographing (no PPs) I would recommend Ms. Barbara Mandrell if you're a fan of classic country.

I sent to Loretta years ago and got back 3 signed pictures.was happy!!!
later she came to my town for a show and waited by the bus with 3 lp`s and got them signed .
The ones are got in the mail were secs..100% Sorry
I`m pretty sure if someone on here has an in-person Dolly to compare it to it`ll show the ttm`s are secs as well fake or autopen like all the George Jones ones ttm.
I sent to her via-venue to a place that has passed on everything I had ever sent.Never seen the Dolly stuff again ,it`s been years

I've also had 3 rejection letters over the past 4 years. She doesn't give a hoot about her fans all she cares a out is the money she's making from this tour!!
