Look closely at the straight lines. The "To Yanni" is slanted to the right, while the "Thank You" tends to slant left.
Combined with the odd spacing between the dedication, "Thank you", and signature, it looks to me like they were written at different times, though not necessarily by different people.
The Y in "Yanni" runs into the T in "Thank you", but the "Thank you" is nowhere near the signature.
And at the very least, they adjusted the slant of the paper between "Yanni" and "Thank" because those are definitely written at different angles.
For comparison, here's my photo, which I believe to be hand-signed with a sec personalization:
Plus, again, I've never seen her actually connect the heart to the signature.
But if it is a sec, it's a different than usual sec, as mine was personalized by the standard sec, and that handwriting doesn't match mine.
