I think you're autograph is a preprint (meaning it's printed on the paper.) Then someone else wrote your name, not herself. Sorry. She has changed the letter but it's still in bascially the same spot.

Her management don't let her sign Via Venue due to a stalker and I don't think they allow her to sign regular mail either. Sorry, one bad apple can ruin it for the bunch.

Agreed, I have alwasy collected in person when possible. I have collected about 30% through the mail. I really dont see any reason to be rude either way. It is not life or death ppl it is a Taylor Swift auto for god sake lol

Dang yall...... she is new here and im assuming young.... I dont know this girl but she is a taylor swift fan... let her enjoy here success... is it real or fake? the true people know the truth.. but for right now this girl got a letter and picture from her favorite star.... and that is real!

Congrats to you... enjoy your picture....real or not taylor swift and company sent it to you....not every star does that...

we collectors need to remember the cool feeling we got when we started and whether what it was we were excited to get something back... lets not crush other people dreams and successes

To the thread starter: I hope I didn't come across as rude. Let me share with you how I felt when I was new to autograph collecting.

When I first started collecting I knew that certain people would not send out authentics, but I sent out anyway. I sent out to Orlando Bloom and Johnny Depp, knowing that I'd get an autopen. I sent out for Robin Williams, Al Pacino, and John Travolta knowing I'd probably get back a secretarial. The point is that getting something seemed like a success because it put me over the moon. And I was no spring chicken young thing either like the original poster might be. I was around 30.

John Travolta sends out secs? A few years ago I did a Charity Auction and he sent me a few pictures for it. June Travolta sent me a letter stating that John Travolta signed these himself so I had proof of authenticity when I sold them - and the signature is the same that people are getting today...

There was no letter about authenticity with mine. I really don't know if mine is real or not. Here's a picture of it:



Anyway, I just mentioned John Travolta as an example of what I sent off for thinking that I might not receive an authentic. I'm still not an expert on authenticity.

I don't think they are sec's - otherwise they wouldn't have told me they were authentic, especially for a charity. He also sent me one personalized when he sent me multiple photos for the charity - this is one that I recieved:

It's the exact same signature. They are real. I believe the only reason June sent me a letter is because she knew I would be selling them. I actually still have the letter in my autograph binder, I believe.

Also, when did you get Robin Williams? As he did sign authentically for awhile before he started sending out sec's. I have his real signature:

I do strongly believe that your Robin Williams is authentic! Congrats! =)

The sec for Robin now only writes Rock On usually.
