On 1-27-17, I sent LOR, SASE and 8x10 to:
James Earl Jones
Horatio Productions
PO Box 610
Pawling NY 12564
On 3-3-17, I received my photo back unsigned with the dreaded "too many requests" note that I know some others have received.

I wonder if he is refusing to sign Star Wars stuff? I sent him a Darth Vader Photo about 6 months ago and I go the same the note with my returned photo unsigned. But I have a buddy who also does TTM and he sent JEJ a generic head shot photo after I sent mine and he signed it, or maybe he is just hit and miss due to his age.

He does sign Star Wars photos, he's just always been hit and miss. You have to get him at the right time.

Wait two or three months and try again. I did that, and it worked. Or, though this may sound weird, try sending a drawing or artwork of some sort. Then you may seem considerate, and the agent or autograph person will see how you spent your time and think you "deserve" an autograph. I sent a charcoal drawing of Darth Vader and got a pre-signed yellow card. The photos weren't signed, but the person may have seen how I took my time drawing and that I wanted James Earl Jones to see the artwork. Again, that sounds weird, but it may work.

I'm definitely gonna try again. I'm disappointed, but hoping to succeed eventually since he randomly will stop signing and start again. Thanks for the tips. I'm hoping maybe he'll do something on Broadway and I can try the venue.

I tried on three separate occasions. First two were done with Star Wars related pictures. The last time was just a headshot. All three were sent back and all three were done with some time in between each request.

Don't be disappointed, I tried writing to Mr. James Earl Jones several times without even getting a reply before actually getting his autograph. Just try again! Good luck

I think it's all about getting him at the right time. I did send him two pictures which were not even from the movies and he signed both. I think I just got lucky of getting him at the right time. I sent a lot of my other request In Oct/ Nov hoping they would not be shooting and would be home for Xmas when I request letter reaches. My success during this period worked much better than the other months I have been sending requests. Guess it just getting the agent/management company At the right time when the artist is available. Best of luck, patience is the name of the game without giving up.

I know he's scheduled to be doing some stage work in NYC, so he may just not be available at the moment.
