13-3-2017 sent Letter, SASE and 3 photos, 26.6.2017 received all three photos sighned, just she used very bad pen so it is blurred and not readable much. I will try it again and ask to use better pen
I used french address, that english didnt work, at least nothing received from there yet.

Oh that's so sad that she used not so good a pen or this would have been a great

Yes absolutely right. Use a Matt finish picture to send and secondly
Don't use a dark background in the picture. Use a picture where there
Is a light background for the person to sign. Always choose s picture
With a background as it's convenient to sign or the person signs over
His/her face which spoils the effort.

I use glossy photos All the time . A Sharpie works Great on Glossy photos . Most use Sharpies to sign photos . LOOKS like she signed 1 & put another photo on top of it before the ink dried . . WOW !!!

Don't be sad they are smeared but they are also secretarial. Not even close to her in person autograph

Thank you for all advices, but I am always using glossy papier, sometimes darker photo and this was happened first time since i am sending letters.
But I am sending letter again so I hope it will be better
