i sent letter and a card to Kenny Rodgers 09/28/2017 and received 11/25/2017 with a "return to send" that was hand written.

address used:
1730 J T Ottinger Rd., Westlake, TX 76262 (the one in the system).

no reason listed but the hand written may mean that he doesn't live there.

any help on a new address to send to this Baseball player?
