CAROL CLEVELAND (Monty Python) RTS after 5th letter.

I've sent out to her 5 times during past 10 years. This is the first time I received "official RTS".
Last time sent Jan 17 2018 to address in database (Spotlight, 7 Leicester Square London WC2H 7RJ), received "with compliments" note in my SASE today, saying "Unfortunately Spotlight does not forward on fan mail".
