Received a large envelope from the Patriots back with a signed and personalized 8x10, a form letter that was signed (I thought it was printed in, but the ink bled through the back of the page so I'm not sure), and my card unsigned. Comments on authenticity?

The photo is definitely legit, the letter looks like a stamp.

I was wondering that. A stamp could've bled through the paper like a Sharpie would have too I suppose.

I sent a magazine to Robert Kraft and Bill Belichick on Feb, 26th, 2019. I sent them both addressed to each individual with pre-paid return envelopes. I received Kraft's back within a week. I still have not received anything from Bill. I now realize it might have been poor timing since it was the off season after a Super Bowl, free agency, and getting ready for the draft. Should I be patient and wait or should I request another one soon? I donated to his foundation and the Patriot's foundation. I documented proof of the donations. Thanks for the advice in advance!

If you sent to Belichick through the Patriots, you'll probably have to wait until the season starts. Or he may pop into the office occasionally. I would hold off until then before re-sending to him.
