So I've sent a boom to be signed bit when I was at the post office they said I couldn't pay for return postage. Realising now that I need IRC I didn't know if I could send these separately to the fan mail address with an enclosed letter explaining the situation and hopefully get it back or would I have to submit another book with the IRC enclosed? Any advice would be appreciated.

I know it got there as it was recorded delivery so actually got to the place. I'll send another one and make sure the IRC are enclosed this time lol
