Hi,
So I sent off some photos to the address listed for Kristen Stewart on the site:
Kristen Stewart
Viewpoint, Inc.
8820 Wilshire Blvd.
Suite 220
Beverly Hills, CA 90211-2618
USA

And today received from Studio Fanmail a pre-printed photo. This seems very strange to me as I have nothing to do with Studio Fanmail, and so I don't really know how what seems to be a legitimate address would be sending out SFM preprints.

If anyone knows anything more than me or has had a similar experience, let me know?

Some celebs have it set up with their reps, agent, publicist, etc. that all their fanmail goes to SFM
Celebs pay for the SFM service when they don't want to be bothered with fanmail
Everything from SFM is either re-print or autopen
