Pat Carroll Return to Sender - Unclaimed

Hello - I sent pictures to Pat Carroll on June 6th. I got my elvelope back on July 14 RTS and the Post Office charged me an additional $2.35 Postage Due which makes no sense.
THe address I used was 14 Old Tavern Lane.

SHE ALMOST 90 MAYBE SHE DONT OUT TO PICK UPP MAIL DUE TO COVID 19 AND POSTOFFICE RETURNED ALL THE MAIL

There have been some successes with Pat Carroll over the last few months
Unfortunately when that happens the celeb gets overwhelmed with fanmail
She probably had enough of it and put a stop order on fanmail
