Wrote to Mr. Gossage on August 6th, 2020, received my TC back signed on August 18th, 2020. 12 Day turnaround. Address was the address in the database. No scan of the envelope, as I’m having problems with Surf My Pictures. Post mark was Denver Colorado, August 14th.
