I sent a letter, pictures, self-addressed envelope and 5 British pounds on December 3rd, 2020 to the Troika agency address from database. On 02/19 I received a return to sender envelope.

Sorry to hear that but it actually seems like Troika does no longer exist. Heard it was sold and belongs to another agency now
