Hi jordon85, as someone completely new in the hobby of collecting autographs, please don't take my answer for a truth set in the stone,
nonetheless here is a link to the website of an autograph dealer which claims to have obtained Mrs Jovovich's autographs in person

as you can see the signatures seems to vary a lot so I won't risk to give you a definitive answer.
As the signatures featured on the photos you posted seemed not to be exactly the same, I would say that from my limited viewpoint it does not look like autopen (I welcome anyone to correct me) however I can't rule out a secretary signature since mrs Jovovich is a fairly well-known celebrity.

Hate to be the bad news guy but any time you see spanky Taylor that means it’s an auto pen. Nothing authentic comes from those addresses. Spanky Taylor is a fan Mail answering service that has been around since the 80s. Still nice photo and cool signature just not authentic.
