I tried that and got a kind of rude email from his manager saying he doesn't send out free ones and the price is $20 or$25 depending on if you want a inscription.but doesn't say where to send $

This is very fake, the email doesn’t even work, this guy is a troll with a fake email or something. He doesn’t really take any money he just trolls and mocks people for being wrestling fans
