Martin Sheen signs TTM all the time.
People are still getting successes.
Whoever said he quit signing is lying for some reason.
Forget the Malibu address - use the production company address he shares with Emilio. Works all the time. Usually takes 2-3 months for a return.

According to the ESP site, unfortunately ESP does not accept signature request.
but i will try.

Yes they do
I have 3 successes from Martin and 2 from Emilio in the past 18 months from that address.
