Daniel McCaffery served as Judge of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas (2014-2020), as Judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania (2020-2024),and January 2024 he is currently serving as Justice of Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is currently working on civil rights including people with disabilities' rights and criminal justice reform.
