Stephanie Garcia Richard served as Member of the New Mexico House of Representatives from the 43rd district from 2013-2019 and is currently serving as 28th New Mexico Commissioner of Public Lands since January 2019. She has and currently working on civil rights including people with disabilities' rights, environmental protection, and social justice.
