I got her autograph but a piece of A4 signed with my name from her I was hoping for a photo of fleur delacour rather than what I got I felt very disappointed I will wait for future events and hopefully meet her .I wound up shredding that A4 paper .I hope it is the last time that I get let down by an actor autograph request wise

They don't owe you anything - it's part of the fun in collecting, I think most people would be grateful to receive a reply! The fact it is personalised makes it even better!
For what it's worth, I would have happily purchased the signed A4 card from you :-)
