I sent a letter to Joe Carter and it came back as an RTS Refused
I sent it out on 12/30/24 and it came back on 3/18/25

I have aa 1991 all star commemorative ball I was thinking of sending him for him to sign. Has anyone had success with something like that?

Joe quit signing TTM about 18 months ago, even with donation.
