... Its not...Look where we send to is a home address! Theres no way that he has a secretary working for him at his home! Right before he left for his across the country book signing, we started getting returns. He has a response time which takes too long to be a secretary! Robert DeNiro's takes a week where Dick Van dyke takes from 2-4 months! I have met him and his autograph looks just as the TTM. He has claimed on numerous shows he answers every piece of fanmail!

^ I'm not getting into a debate on authenticity, but it is 100% possible he has a secretary at his home. I'm sure he has several people working for him. Celebrities generally have a staff that helps them run their lives. Also, return time is no indicator of genuine/secretarial. Betty White is completely authentic and replies quickly whereas Shirley MacLaine who sends secretarial signatures can take many months. You have to think of the logistics. Congratulations on your success!

A few months ago this one kicked off, and a member of Dick Van Dyke's band came on here to describe how he goes to Dick Van Dyke's house and Dick shows them stuff that he's been sent for signing, and was absolutely positive that Dick signs his own autographs. There were pictures of IP sigs which look just like the TTM ones.

Unfortunately, of course, it's been lost along with all the other posts which have been wiped. Of course film stars have secretaries working in their homes, as do people in all sorts of other walks of life as well, and he's probably got one who opens and sorts the mail for him, but unless someone can point me to something reputable which counters it I am content that they are genuine.
