I honestly don't remember when I wrote to her. Maybe 5 months ago?
Anyway I sent a letter and a IRC.
On the 17th May I got a personalised picutre back
I used the address in the database.

Awesome success! I know on her website, if you ask for one she'll send you one, so I have requested there but gotten no reply from her. I might send her something this way too, she's such a sweetheart! Congratulation!
