On 5-17-11 I sent a photo and $10 to Monte Irvin and today, 5-23-11 I received it back signed! This is my quickest success! He even added HOF 73 which I did not ask for so a very nice surprise. This photo is starting to fill up and its lookin' good!

I collect signed Hall of fame postcards and 8x10 photos signed by baseball Hall of Famers and I'm always looking to add to my collection with players I don't have yet. Totals(not including doubles) HOF postcards: 63 HOF photos: 68
Thank you to everyone on this site for all the help!!
Thanks! It will be off to Al Kaline next. After that I'm not sure and I'm open to suggestion.
Feedback is always welcomed and appreciated!

Well, you already have some of the tougher ones out of the way. Next, I'd send it to Jim Bunning. He's been signing alot lately, will sign for free and usually has a turn around time of a week or less.
Here are the others I'd try first who are almost definite signers with quick turn-arounds (along with donation amts):
Jim Bunning (4 Fairway Dr Southgate KY 41701-3022) - Free
Andre Dawson (c/o Andre Dawson Foundation, Inc. PO Box 431339 South Miami, FL 33243) - $15
Lee MacPhail (4474 N. Ocean Blvd. Apt. 6A Delray Beach, FL 33483-7537) - Free
Gaylord Perry (c/o All Sports P.O. Box 489 Spruce Pines, NC 28777) - $25
Fergie Jenkins (3655 W Anthem Way Ste A109 Anthem, AZ 85086) - $25
Goose Gossage (35 Marland Dr Colorado Springs CO 80906) - $15
Whitey Herzog (9426 Sappington Estates Dr St. Louis, MO 63127) - $10
Doug Harvey (16081 Mustang Dr. Springville,CA. 93265) - $10
Whitey Ford (3750 Galt Ocean Dr #1411 Fort Lauderdale, Fl 33308) - $40
The rest are going to costs a bit more and probably take longer. After this point, I'd probably get stuff signed at shows only...and make sure to INSURE it...can never tell with the USPS.
Very nice success...this looks great, but I think the like your pitching one a little better.
Congrats

Thanks. It seems the pitchers signed smaller and neater...the hitters signed big and kinda all over the place. Oh well, i'm not complaining. The pitcher picture is off to Jim Bunning and the hitter pitcher is off the Al Kaline now! I still have to get another photo for excecutives/umpire(s)/managers.
