Sent rookie card in toploader, short note and SASE to Will Clark at:

Sent on April 25th, 2011. Received back on May 26th, 2011. Came back without toploader but fortunately card was undamaged. Signed in blue sharpie. SASE was postmarked San Francisco, CA on May 23rd.
