Does anyone know whether it's authentic or not?

Difficult to say. I did hear she was taking a one year break from work including fanmail.

But, as you did not send an item to be signed it's quite possible her agency has some authentic, pre signed photo's left over.

Emma is very nice to her fans.

But I think she is currently filming ("Men in Black 3" etc.). So this should be a pre-signed autograph. But i'm sure it's authentic.

I must ask one more thing, though. Has she really written "I'm Emma Thompson" or could "Im" be short for something...? It seems a bit weird that she has signed my autograph with "I'm Emma Thompson" - I kinda already know who she is xD
