Sent - A letter, a photo and SASE on 9th July 2011.
Received - My photo back (not signed) and a personalized photo. Not sure when i got it as i was on holiday but it was between 16th July - 23rd July.

Hi, the signature is authentic although not sure about the penalization. Here is mine - http://chantelles-autographs.webs.com/a ... =112843935 - When i requested for mine, i did it through the 'This Morning' email and mine is 100% authentic.
