Sent an E-Mail to Mr. Lewis' management... Using an address that, as someone else had previously stated, is not very difficult to find if you do any social networking at all..

Sent out the E-Mail on June 19th and today, July 29th, recieved an autographed photo of Blake..

The return address on the envelope is:
