Sent an email to his manager (email can be found on his facebook http://www.facebook.com/blakelewis?sk=info ) on 7/21/11 and got a signed 8x10 today (7/30/11). Only took 9 days!

Hi congrats on your success i live in Europe and I sent her an email but that was back in June, so do you think she doesnt send them to outside of America?
