sent shani two cards for signing,around two weeks ago,,one already signed by sheila white,today i recieved them back signed,plus two additional signed ones from shani

You mean just two dollar notes? Do they prefer that to IRCs?

i only send dollars to usa,when i write to europe i use ircs,ive had no trouble with either
