Today I have received back my unsigned photos and one her signed+pencil+clean notes.

Yeah Heidi won't sign anything you send her but will send back a photo with a little sticker on it that verify's it's authenticity. She got tired of fakes being sold and what not. You can read about it on her website. But congrats! She's great.
