I sent a letter,sase and 2 photos to annie clark about a month ago and today i got back both photos signed and personalized and a sweet note from annie...We share the same last name too which is awesome.She is very kind and a great actress...

The address was easy to find on your own if you had gone to her imdb profile and clicked on resume it shows noble caplan abrams and then you just had to google the agency and get their address.Good luck

Generally when you write to the degrassi address like you did you will just get pre signed unpersonalized photos which explains the one you got,its very possible she never even read your original letter to the degrassi address.
