negative reply from james grant media for charity request si

sent letter of request to Fearne Cotton - via James Grant Media - address on data base, on 24.09.11 received back the third letter same as others today 08.10.11 saying that fearne cotton was too busy, and received many of the same kind of formal requests and could not sign at this time. Do not believe miss cotton nor any other celebs ever get the chance to view the pictures and letter sent, standard sdame letter received now 3 times in regard to three diff sendings...and all for charity cancer research and children in need, numbers provided in letter with pro logo and details, still the same poor reply from James Grant Media...I would not use this company for any personal requests in the future!
