It's the picture he sent me but I guess its because I said I was a huge doctor who fan and no sorry I live in the uk but if you do live in the states I'm sure he'll reply if you pay for the postage

I was hoping this was going to be a more recent post. I have 4 from him already but asked if he could sign a photo for my sister's christmas but havn't had it back yet!
