Sent card and received it back unsigned with a postcard of him with a pre-print on it. Back says that he receives too many requests for autographs and will not fullfil my request. Sent it to address in DB.

I got the exact same thing today. Even though my uncle does his payroll, he still wouldn't sign. i guess i'll ask my uncle to ask him.

Yeah I got the same thing. And I sent my request and sports card LAST YEAR on THANKSGIVING. Really wish people were more supportive of their fans. If they can't sign it then fine, but atleast send it back within a year!

I live in Dallas and have met Emmitt numerous times. I will explain to you why you got a failure. It's not that Emmitt is too busy or that he has a lot of things going on. Emmitt is money hungry and is flat out a jerk. He is one of the best players of all time but has no respect for his fans. I have got him to sign one thing for me in all the times I have met him. In person if you ask him to sign anything he'll turn you down and tell you that you can catch him at one of his paid signings, which by the way he charges around $200 minimum for a card. I went to a book signing with him recently and bought 8 books at $40 each and asked if he'd sign my jersey and he turned me down. I waited 10 hours in line to be the 1st person and he said no. I then watched him push a little kid out of the way that was holding up a tiny little football that he wanted to get signed. The guy is a jerk, do not waste your time.

It's a shame. I got that same postcard back in 2010 but he really signed over the preprint. I'll attach pictures later but it did take over a year to get back.

Didn't he sign a contact with upperdeck? If so they do not allow him to sign ttm as far as I know.
