On 12-16-11, I sent a LOR, SASE, and index card to Joe Morgan @:

C/O National Baseball Hall of Fame
25 Main Street
Cooperstown, NY 13326

On 1-13-12, I received my index card back personalized and autographed. I think Morgan will only sign index cards TTM. I tried him earlier once C/O the HOF with a baseball card, and he sent that back to me unsigned in my SASE. Index cards may be the only way to go with him.

I sent an index card a letter and a SASE to the Baseball Hall of Fame and I got it back signed in a months time.
