Today: recieved this PP

I'm kind of disappointed because I thought he sent out authentic...

About 20 years ago I also sent a letter to clint eastwood, it was also pp, I don't think he has the time to sign himself.

Clint is not so busy. But he has never been nice to fans. So its not surprising. What about the Carmel address? Have you tried that?
