On 4th April 2011 I sent Emma Thompson a LOR, SASE and 6x4 picture, to the UK address in database. UK to UK request.


Received my picture back today, with a very unusual signature. She appears to have signed "Emmy" with some kind of symbols. At first I though it was a pen smudge but they are definetly symbols!

Haven't seen a recent signature for her so no idea if this is a new style or something else.

That's interesting. The sugnature looks definitely different.Maybye it's a new style as you suggested I only hope she hasn't started sending out secretarials

no, not a sec or new style, i got my items returned yesterday in same pen
she obviously just slipped or made mistake on the 2nd m or emma and tried to rectify the problem,,,tall the rest of the sig matches her usal ip/ttm and like i got TTM yesterday

I did say in my post that I initially thought it was smudged but on closer inspection, she has done little symbols. The first "m" looks like an "m" but the second looks nothing like an "M", it is far too small and the wrong shape.

And I would also say the end is a "Y" and not an "A".
