I don't know. I only e-mailed the one time and had an e-mail response to my request the next day. The photo arrived several days later. I used the contact address under the sports management section of their webpage, specifically the one listed under their Tennis Players subcategory.

They probably get hundreds of requests a week with all the athletes they represent. I think that it just depends on if they have any pre-signed photos on hand to send out.

i sent requests directly to her agent according to her official website, not the contact on imgworld.com
