literally the same thing happened to me halfway through last year - i also got a short handwritten note. in my letter id said i was writing a dissertation for my college degree on universal studios during her uncles time, and how i hoped to graduate that summer. her handwritten note said to me wishing every sucess in my career, and congratulations on my graduation.

i just happened to get the letter after my very last exam, the day i finished college. most perfectly timed autograph ever.

I just saw her at the Hollywood Collector's Show this past weekend.
She seems like such a sweet lady. She always had a smile on her face when I walked by her table, and looked like she enjoyed being there.
Last year, she was at the show, and it was her birthday (100th???) and I happened to be in the aisle when they wheeled out a cake for her and we all sang happy birthday to her!
