On 2/14/12 I sent a very sincere hand written LOR, a SASE, & 1 baseball card to:

Today (2/23/12) I received my card back unsigned in my SASE(no return address). No letter, no note of prices or anything.

This is my first failure. I'm new to this so I'm trying to not take it too hard. Stan has been my hero for so long, I was really hoping to get this one back from him. I guess maybe I should try his secondary/home address listed? Anyone had any success there?

Try again. He has been good for me 3/4. I send a 4x6 photo anything else they send you a price list. good luck

Very pesky...he has an online store and his health isn't the best (he won't let any photgraphs of himself be taken at shows he's appearing at - even without the flash) I've also noticed when he does said signings at shows or private signings for $$$ he's starting to limit the number of pieces he'll sign. Unfortunately I'm guessing one or more of these reasons is why you got shutout - doesn't make it any better, but hopefully that helps shed some light on it.
